I’ve been planning and strategizing seriously for a year or so about it. And since I am as single as a dollar bill I figure this is a perfect time. Last year was the worst year of my life. I was suffering from depression, anxiety and other issues. I tried to get professional help however it wasn’t much help. They gave me anti-depressants that didn’t work for me and I didn’t like the idea of forming a dependency on pills. So I started looking outside the box! And came up with a 7 pillar plan to change and aim to achieve my SUPER SELF.
I am committed to investing in the seven pillars of my foundation to achieve my SUPER SELF. I plan to invest in my spiritual/religious beliefs, physical and mental health, family, friends, romantic relationships, lifestyle, and career/work.

For my spiritual/religious beliefs, I plan to take advantage of my biohacking journey to deepen my understanding and connection to the divine. This will help me live a life guided by a higher power and stay focused on what truly matters. I will use meditation, energy healing, and other spiritual practices to achieve this goal. I will also focus on developing a strong sense of self-love and self-awareness to ensure that I live in alignment with my beliefs. In order to accomplish this, I will use tools such as Mendi. My next big purchase will be Mendi. Besides increasing brain power, Mendi is a tool for relaxing and finding peace. There is no other home device that can also help with overall brain function. By strengthening your prefrontal cortex, which controls everything in your brain, you will be able to improve your thinking skills and memory.

I will also focus on improving my physical and mental health. I plan to utilize the nutrition and wellness recommendations from InsideTracker to develop a tailored health plan to reach my physical and mental health goals. This will help me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to create a balanced and thriving life. I will also strive to incorporate regular exercise into my daily routine to keep my body and mind healthy. I will also look for ways to reduce stress and incorporate activities that bring joy into my life.
In addition to my physical and mental health, I plan to strengthen my relationships with family, friends, and romantic partners. I will use the biohacking journey to practice healthier communication, create deeper connections, and prioritize quality time with the people I love. (In my Cynthia G voice) To do this, I plan to set standards, boundaries, and expectations with those closest to me, engage in more meaningful conversations, and find ways to foster understanding and compassion. I also plan to set aside time each week to spend quality time with my loved ones and to make sure that I am fully present in those moments.
Lastly, I plan to use the biohacking journey to improve my lifestyle and career/work. I will focus on finding a balance between work and leisure, setting realistic goals and expectations, and creating healthy habits to support my success. By taking the time to invest in myself, I’m creating an environment that will allow me to be more productive and successful.
I’m also making sure that I’m taking care of myself so that I can perform better and have the energy to tackle challenging tasks. For example, I will start meditating for 10 minutes a day and use the time to clear my head and focus on the day ahead. This will help me to stay productive and energized throughout the day.
