  1. The propositions in this book have relevance way beyond 'Black' and 'White' communities in the US: the incentives and constraints that give rise to 'Cracker Culture' are prevalent today in many places and race often has very little to do with it (in the UK today, both the rednecks and the liberals are 'white'), in India both the liberals and 'redneck' equivalents have the same skin colour. The facts that Sowell has presented can provide for a better understanding of the incentives, constraints and tradeoffs when it comes to policy making.

At the top of its power those rights stretched from modern day Poland, to modern day Russia and covered Baltic States, Belarus and Ukraine. 3. 😱 i have been paraphrasing Thomas Sowell since i immigrated to the USA without even knowing it. Also I can't say how many times I was called racist for having racially unbiased view of the problem. People don't want to listen to truth if it is harsh.
