    So much of TS’s observations in this particular book are…as if a clairvoyant had written them. Especially around the five hour mark. The level of absurdity in today’s “woke” exceeds every observation Sowell outlined in this book. I pity the world my grandchildren are to inherit.

    Joe -=Biden calling Trump voters semi fascists fits with the notion of the vision of the anointed. Probably Trump has the non-anointed vision. Anointed and tragic seem to be synonymous with leftist and conservative in the text. And the author is obviously for the conservatives, with which I agree. But anyway, it is interesting. The leftists today seem to be more like a criminal organization with Marxist ideology. Not the liberals we knew fifty or sixty years ago.

    Every book I read or listen to by TS makes me feel that, apart from the superficial cultural change (music, hair styles), so little has changed. He takes me on a time machine through history where time seems to mean nothing at all

    How can I or is there anywhere to download this in full? I like to listen to audiobooks on my old iPod while cycling several hours a week. I suppose I could audio hijack it but that's real time recording.

    This whole book is proof that the normalization of "stupification" and Marxism was already in America. According to Yuru , former KGB, the normalization effect after marxism sets in is a disregard of all evidence to the contrary ideology and thus reality. God help is as we try to undo these effects.
