Lex gives us another great interview! He’s one of my favorite people alive or dead. I know his mother is very proud of him. I truly wish my sons would have a role model like Lex. Unfortunately, my sons are caught up in the black culture. Anyway, I can go on and on about my thoughts on Lex and how I think he’s a good human or the black culture. But, I’m not now on to Destiny…

 

Known for his sharp analyses of current events, memes, and news stories, Destiny is one of the most popular progressive political commentators on YouTube. I enjoy listening to him from time to time. I think he’s low-key/high-key smug and arrogant. I just think that’s what I find attractive in him, Aka his confidence. Even though we don’t agree on a lot of topics, I like how he defends his argument. He’s a good debater, and I like that. I also like how he has interesting points to make. He’s not just another YouTube personality who likes to talk about politics or social issues. He actually knows what he’s talking about.

I've been listening to Lex for awhile but only recently listened to the most recent episodes (I started at the beginning), I hope this episode is just an aberration, but it seems like Lex might be getting carried away with himself. As for Destiny – we're fucked if this is an example of who will be guiding the public intellect in the future.

  8. Ivermectin actually does work for people with Covid. Idc if you don't believe me, myself and many people I know have taken when we had Covid and the results were usually within 24hrs. Government couldn't admit it helped, because if they did they couldn't shove their vaccine through without proper testing. That's why there's a lot of people that don't trust this vaccine. Bless you all, thanks Lex, and thank your Destiny for the great content. I wasn't sure how id feel about Destiny before this conversation, and now I have a lot of respect for him.

Anyone who has followed US politics even for a few months for the last 8 years knows what MAGA republican is Vs. what a vanilla republican is.   28. Good old right-wing Lex Fridman. One of the most powerful forces for the alt-right on the internet. Deep analysis of what Biden said to try and figure out a way in which if you ignore what he literally said you can find a dog-whistle that might mean all republicans are bad (even though he verbatim said “not all republicans, not even a majority”). It’s very funny how that’s not even compared with the fact that Trump has said dozens of times “all Democrats are liars”. When Trump says something clearly fucking heinous we get a “oh what do you think that he meant here”?

  29. When this guys talking about white men he sounds extremely dated and ignorant. This isnt the 1980s anymore. When you're playing a game with a bunch of other white men of course youre generally not going to be insulted for being white or male. Go be a white man and play a game where all of the other people are black females or native females and see how well you fit in. See if they dont make some jokes that cut. If you're a female you have HUGE advantage over a man in this world. Way more companies want to hire women, they are better tempered and interact with people better eg servers, telephone, flights, medical etc. If theyre attractive they have everything handed to them. They dont even have to work, they can just take a few pics and post them online and make money and theres no shortage of men willing to give them what they want.
    Also racism is just as prevalent against white people as every other coloured person in todays world.
    There are a lot of hiring requirements for minorities that give them an advantage over a white man. The case could easily be argued that a white man in todays world has it the hardest.

  31. I really don't see Lex's point about retard. I'm an Aspie and people saying retard even directly at me has no negative consequence to me and doesn't "hurt my experience", and someone else being called a retard doesn't affect me as a 3rd party.

    Also to Destiny's argument about "misogyny" on the internet, he acts as if we don't hear "all men are trash" "men aint shit" "men are pigs" etc from women because they had a bad experience dating, the same way women get "women are crazy" when someone sees a woman say/do crazy shit.

  38. on the part about "hate speech and language", i'd say it comes down to the individual's resistance to it. which really depends on their reactions, which really depends on their personality, which really depends on their psyche, which really depends on their conscious state (or variations of it) during any given moment. personally, i think it might have to do with intent. one can only assume someone else's intent, unless they're probed for a response. some people are polite enough to respond and state their intent, but not all will. a big problem is the ability to block or otherwise mentally erase people from one's life. if A.I. was nurtured to think this was good–it may lead to Stalin-and-friends types of issues, where you're suddenly not on the photograph anymore (just to call back to history, of course).

  40. Government has not been responsive when it comes to majority opinion of going to war. I personally attended a town hall with my representative to voice my opinion on getting involved in Syria. The majority opinion of Americans was to stay out. The two parties did an end run around the people and we ended up there.

  47. I personally feel Milena has gifts of beauty, youth and beautiful body. It would be almost an end to all of her advantages if she gets into a serious relationship and have nothing to offer apart from those gifts to her audience (anyone who pays attention to her for her gifts).
